Bangkok breathes with a life unlike any other city I have experienced. It's streets pulse like veins — filled with vibrant colors, mouth watering (and cheap) food, ancient smells of incense and warm smiles. This city offers an amazing first step for many travelers into Southeast Asia.

The beauty of Martha's Vineyard exists in it's ability to connect us to what matters, each other and our beautiful surroundings. Up until two years ago, much of the island did not have cell phone service. People do not come here to "go out," but rather enjoy the hamlet style conversations and the beautiful, ambient sounds of nature. It has a special place in my heart because it directly connects me with my grandmother. She spends the summers here and I have been coming since I was a child. She lives on the peaceful island of Chappy. She meditates everyday. She loves with every once of being without expectation of return. These pictures are for her.

Cheers to that! MALIBU, Calif. - The car commercial comes to a close with a beautiful scene driving up the Pacific Coast Highway. The image when the road cuts through the rocks right next to the coast, that one. Well, this stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway is not too far outside of Los Angeles proper. Thirty minutes up the coast, about fifteen minutes past the Malibu Pier, one will find the car commercial backdrop they have seen multiple times.
The best kept secret, it is really home to one of the most beautiful coves in Malibu. A fence separates the parking area and picnic space, but just past the fence one will find paradise. This has been a secret spot of mine for the past two years, but since I am leaving Santa Monica soon I wanted to share this beauty with the online world. I do not want to give away the exact location, however if you get on PCH and just drive until you see the coast split by two rocks (the car commercial scene) and park, you will find this gem. AUSTIN, Texas — The best of both worlds is the way to describe Austin, Texas. Music, love of city and growth are the commonalities that keep the energy of the city alive. Home to the University of Texas Longhorns and capital of nation’s largest state, Austin may be every yuppie’s dream town.
